Matt's Story

Entrepreneurship has always been in my blood. I ran my first franchise at the age of 19. I went from being the only employee to building out three operations and production teams of 12 employees. As the owner, I got to wear all of the hats and enjoyed every minute of it. 
I was presented an opportunity to join a company with the intent to scale. We grow our business from about 1,200 stores to nearly 4,000 at my departure. During my tenure, I held critical leadership roles in pricing, marketing, project management, and operations. 
My time was spent building out process improvements, implementing change in the organization, capital growth, and leading large teams of people. Most notably, advising over 150 business owners, leading a team of 1,000, implementing KPIs, and building out support staff roles and responsibilities. 

Today, I partner with Cultivate Advisors as a Business Advisor. I work with successful small business owners on growing their business and implementing change to achieve stronger results. These small business owners recognize a unique opportunity in in the market to take their business to the next level. We build out and implement the strategy to get there together.
